Sufresca® ensures your avocados arrive at their destination safely. Our coating slows down maturation, ripening and weight loss, and subsequent degradation and decay – even under cold, ambient, and changing conditions. Sufresca® coated avocados can undergo artificial ripening and live on – ready-to-eat – for days and days.

How is it used?

Sufresca® Avocado requires no specialized equipment, since any application line will do, such as those commonly used for waxing or washing. Only sprayers or drippers are needed, followed by fast drying, even at ambient temperature. It means our coating can be easily implemented in any packinghouse, big or small, anywhere in the world.
